Charlie becomes head of THIN MAN, with some conditions. Those conditions amount to lots of math in highly-compartmentalized groups, and a direct line back to Implosion. Liza takes a job working in the clinic, and Abby goes to dinner. Frank gets blackmailed, and helped out of a sticky situation.
