Jean Bastière lives a quiet if unfaithful life in London, mounting up debts against his family's home as his crime-scene cleaning business steadily loses money. Then his long-estranged ne'er-do-well brother Martin visits from across the Channel, with several kilograms of drugs he needs to retrieve from an unconventional container.

Sources online tell me that there are two cuts of every episode: one that accommodates commercials and one that doesn't. The ones on Netflix (US) are the extended cuts that don't accommodate commercial breaks, so each episode has something like eight to ten extra minutes of character beats. For some episodes, these are just extended conversations between the Bastière brothers, but others include important minor character notes and foreshadowing.
