Charlie has (two) five AM revelations. Frank, desperate for funding, material and people, tries to use Crosley to recruit the newly-arrived British delegation to the Implosion Group. Hogarth, the senior physicist, and Crosley get along like a house on fire. Charlie needs numbers from Site X and has to make a decision about THIN MAN, and Abby gets on a train.

Charlie and Theodore make a distressing discovery. Frank tries to recruit new members to his team.
