I cautiously like this show. It seems like an anti-romcom, in the mode of (500 days of) Summer. (Right down to the "he believes in love" "she believes in control" characters.)

I liked this a lot, but I don't know how much of my enjoyment stemmed from the show itself and how much stemmed from just seeing Ginsberg from Mad Men seem happy. It's like seeing a tortured soul loosed from the wheel of pain and ushered into a better world where he can text nice girls, because there is an internet, and where somehow the ghost from Being Human is alive again, too. And allowed to keep her real accent, unlike poor Karen Gillan...

Same here, but replace 'Ginsberg from Mad Men seem happy' with 'the mother from How I Met Your Mother seem not dead.'

It was a cute episode, but I don't know if it's meaty enough to be interesting for more than a few episodes.

I didn't recognize Ginsberg at first. I mean, I knew I saw him in something I cares about, but the different era really threw me for a loop.

And then it clicked and I couldn't help thinking about the valve and the gift and what it meant for this couple.
