The convict's strong plea for his innocence prompts Shi-mok to review the dash cam clip. At the Yoongsan police station, he runs into officer Han Yeo-jin.

Just how long do cell phone batteries keep their charge in South Korea? Murdered CEO Park's phone chugging along just fine after sitting for over two months in the police evidence locker gave me a giggle. I also laughed out loud at the look Shi-Mok gave to officer Han when she pulled the taser on him when he was putting the knife back in the kitchen after his reenactment attempts.

Are we supposed to know who Eun-soo's (the young woman prosecutor) father is? I think Seo Dong-jae (the prosecutor who held back the dash cam footage until the last moment) said something about it at one point, but I didn't see it mentioned in the recap.

I did not see that final scene twist coming, of Deputy Chief Lee offering to pin the blame on Seo Dong-jae instead of Shi-Mok or Eun-soo. (And I wonder if Seo Dong-jae was lying to Deputy Chief Lee about not having found 'the girl', if it's the girl from the elevator whose file he hid.) I am assuming Shi-Mok is playing him in some way though.

Eun-soo's father is the former Minister of Justice, with a case that's important to the plot -- more about it should be revealed in the next couple of episodes, if my memory is correct.
