Now we need to see Beebo cameo on Arrow to score the trifecta.

Eh, it wasn't too bad. I second the AV Club about how Barry could be treating the joint as a cardboard jail, though.

But hey, we might as well give Ralph a better outfit, thank gawd.

Also seconding that it looks weird that Kid Flash, Jessie Quick, etc. aren't around at all. We went from extra to none.

Oh yeah, and Barry and Iris's future kid is back! I presume!

William will win a Beebo at school and bring it home, where it will annoy Oliver, Felicity and especially Raisa, who has to spend all day with it. In a moment of frustration she will grab a kitchen knife and cleanly slice Beebo to bits, accidentally revealing that she is old school Bratva who can single-handedly take on Anatoly and his gang.

I actually liked this episode. When Barry is so limited (even by his own doing, come on man you can do like a hundred things to fool those cameras), the plot around the others turn out pretty great. Sure the Trickster and the Prank were corny as hell, but so is The Elongated Man, but in a fun way. I think the writers recognized that they just needed to go full glam to even out the bummer Barry. This episode had a pretty good vibe, like an episode of Legends or early Flash.

I'm willing to overlook the other speedster heroes not coming around. So far presumably, including this episode, there hasn't been anything the rest of the team can't handle.

REGULAR JAIL HAD A TOILET WHY DOES SUPER JAIL NOT ARG-

*ahem*

Sorry, been a long year. This was... okay. I'm still opposed to them shilling Ralph over Caitlin and Cisco, but he was toned way down here, so...

I liked this episode too. I thought they did a decent job of moving Ralph's story forward, Barry wasn't dumb in prison, and bringing the woman back from the wedding, if she is who everyone thinks she is, points to an obvious way of defeating the Thinker.

What is Barry doing for food in prison? Is he getting enough calories?

When Beebo disintegrated but the chair it was sitting in didn't I expected Cisco to whip up an aluminum or stainless steel coated suit.

What is Barry doing for food in prison? Is he getting enough calories?

Two possibilities:
* He's more powerful than ever before this season, which may include the ability to use his powers with a more normal caloric intake.
* He doesn't need to eat as much because he's not using his speed the way he did on the outside. I think this is the likelier scenario.

When Beebo disintegrated but the chair it was sitting in didn't I expected Cisco to whip up an aluminum or stainless steel coated suit.

Good catch.

The Axid didn't harm the chair because it was made of Axluminum.

That wasn't Interlac the girl in the cafe was scribbling, was it? For one thing, the Legion is over in Supergirl's universe at the moment. For another, I seem to recall Interlac being more, um, triangle-y?

She was writing the same symbols as Barry did when he first came out of the Speed Force.

When Wells was on the roof he said something about what kind of metal that container was in. Maybe that chair is made of the same stuff? That's my theory anyway.

Super happy to see them continuing to bring back 90s Flash actors on this show. Corrine Bohrer returning as Prank (even as manic and over-the-top as she was) was fabulous.

The question that I've been asking myself since they first closed a cell door behind Barry - why isn't Ralph just squeezing himself into a Barry-shaped form and taking his place so Barry can keep doing what he does?

that probably requires more training that Ralph has right now. But also, can't he just sit on his bed facing the wall or something?
