Why would you go in there?! Don't go in there!!!

Ok, you run into two creepy dudes in the woods and they invite you into their Winnebago. What do you do? Oh look, they built an anechoic chamber inside, do you want to check it out? Also, the older guy just said that he plans to icepick the younger guys ears. Cool?

I realize that it would ruin the show, but there were like 50 points where I would have gotten the hell out of there.

I'm liking the show overall.

However, if Harry comes out the other side of that box next week and suddenly is in the black lodge in Twin Peaks I would not be surprised.

The show was already doing a pretty good job of flirting with the supernatural/occult with The Kid's arc, but this "music of the spheres concentrated in a hidden spot in the woods" subplot caught me by surprise, in a good way. (Even though it certainly owes quite a bit to Twin Peaks; the scene might as well have been set in a grove of sycamore trees!)

There was never any doubt Henry was going to get into that chamber from the moment it was revealed, but I thought they pulled the scene off pretty well, with Odin Branch clearly a little bit off but feeding Henry just enough information to lure him in.

The "nexus of multiple universes" angle is verrry Dark Tower, but I kind of hope they don't try to go there with this show.
