Into the Dark: Down
February 5, 2019 10:28 AM - Season 1, Episode 5 - Subscribe
Two coworkers find themselves stranded in an elevator over Valentine's Day weekend.
I think I need to stop seeing these. They definitely should be shorter, and I can generally call most of the plot twists. Pooka was the only one that really worked. This also seemed gory just for the sake of gore, which isn't always a necessary element to horror, I think.
The few moments where the villain tried to be sympathetic just didn't work, because the storyline is just too much.

WAAAAAYYYYYYYY too long and predictable. I say the same thing I said before-the eps need to be much shorter and/or there should be less of them. Two people in an elevator? There's only so many options with that and they went for a fairly obvious one.
I also agree the reveal on the villain was like WHHHHAATTT? And the coworker who suddenly turns up with "date" in tow was just painful. Better to have this be a much shorter ep.

The twist reveal was a bit more sudden than it needed to be. They'd had him seem reasonably normal-ish until then.
