I'm enjoying this. Mary is still one of my favorite characters with her secret life and the way she plays off Kate. Kate is clearly The New Oliver Queen with the angst and the reluctant hero-ing. But they're maybe giving her a lighter side? I enjoyed her flirtation with the bartender. LOVE Alice, she's an evil hoot. Did anyone else think the Evil Developer looked an awful lot like Jared Kushner?

I was pleased to see Gabriel Mann from Revenge, I just wish his plot was better.

I've been wondering how they were going to make the be-wigged Batwoman costume work, it seems so at odds with how butch/androgynous Kate is (I mean, look at her James Bond-ing her way through that party, just gorgeous), but this seemed ok. I mean, part of me cringes at how impractical it would be in fights, but, so would a cape, so, whatever.

I was pleased to see Gabriel Mann from Revenge, I just wish his plot was better.

Since Tommy Elliott/Hush is a canon Batman villain, I guess they'll bust him out of Arkham at some point. But I loved Mann on Revenge too, so, I'd like to see him get a bigger part as a regular or recurring character on anything.

Hah, yeah, I wore a wig out to karaoke last week, did some dancing (and admittedly, fending off a drunk guy and yanking him off friends) and by the time that was over, there the wig was going. How's she gonna fight in that?

The wig seemed to be attached firmly to the cowl, so it probably won't fly off during fights. Maybe it'll help hide where her head ends if someone's aiming for that? But I think I like the wig in the sense that even though she's butch, she knows that she wants the symbol of the new Batperson to be distinctly female, and the wig helps. It also does a lot to throw most people off her trail since her real self has short hair.

I'm enjoying this a lot too, probably more than the other CW DC shows right now.
