Two coworkers are invited to a private dinner where they vie for a coveted promotion, but their hosts have some brutal ways of testing them.

After sharing the news that there will be no christmas bonuses, the CEO of Falconheart reveals that a new executive position is available. Ted and Gavin are both invited with their respective spouses to an intimate holiday dinner to determine which one of them will win the promotion. Their hosts, however, have some unusual ways of determining who would best be suited for it.

Like most of the Into the Dark series, this entry does a lot with a fairly small cast. Casting is key. Sands is in his element as he enjoys the demented antics he sets into motion. Angela Sarayfyan (Westworld) holds her own as Gavin's even tempered wife.

Definitely had fun with this one although I suspect quite a few times the writers got themselves in a corner and just said "fuck it" and did something insane to get to the next scene.
