Seeing the new TNG Rewatch, I'm reminded of the conversation that took place just before the ENT rewatch started. I don't think it makes sense to start it up right now opposite the TNG reqatch, but I'd love to lead a TAS rewatch here at some point. Thoughts? Ideas about when might be a good time to start it?
Benway ran a TOS rewatch from mid-2014 to early 2016, so that's kind of been covered?
TAS is only 22 episodes. If I started Tuesday of next week and did one a week, the last episode would go up on Sept 8th, the 47th anniversary of the premiere of TAS and the 54th anniversary of the premiere of TOS. That seems a worthy goal.

47th!! B)
So in light of this, shall I switch my Tuesday TNG posts to Mondays? That would give us:
Sun - ENT (alternating btwn Halloween Jack and me, for only about five more weeks)
Mon - TNG (me)
Tues - TAS
Fri - TNG (mwhybark)
...And then once ENT is done, I might switch mine to Sundays, for that much less overlap. Best to space them out (space!! B) ).

TNG has 178 episodes. At two a week, the TNG rewatch will last 89 weeks. That seems like a long time to wait.
I have noticed that orange swan is posting an episode of The X-Files every day, presumably operating on the hypothesis of long-tail interaction, which is not unreasonable. I forget how often DS9 was going up, possibly a bit more often than we are planning on with TNG.
Anyway, I guess what I am saying is that I would think it makes sense to go ahead and start a TOS then TAS rewatch concurrent to TNG, maybe even just weekly, like on Mondays.
