I laughed so hard at the clown outfits. I hope this show pays their costumer a boatload, because they’re worth it.

Loved that and the 60s look she wore with Konstantin.

The incredible visual of Caroline at Kenny's funeral in that winter-white coat with every other actor in black or subdued tones was stunning. Fiona Shaw wears the heck out of her costumes, and she was regal in that scene resisting her grief. It worked so beautifully when we finally see her in her car, barely giving into it. The thickness in Fiona Shaw's voice, the nearly shed tears. She absolutely made me understand what Caroline feels about losing her son.

Being experienced 'in the industry' Villanelle would've known that a practitioner needed to be 'blooded' prior to the first live run. Thus she knew the clown hit was not intended to be successful lending a few layers of meaning to the "management sucks" comment, it was not about the moment but about the layers of middle management between her and the "12". Thinking V and Eve will be joining forces against the "12", abet for quite different reasons.
