Anyone else have the same issue with watching on BBC America with a number of scenes appearing as if they just used the raw video and sound with no post-processing? To me, it was glaringly obvious.

The scenes between Villanelle and Irina (Konstantin's daughter) are wonderful.

ShooBoo: this whole season has been crazy making for me, the video quality feels very daytime TV in almost every indoor shot.
I had thought that maybe they had changed camera formats or something, hadn’t occurred that they just cut the budget for post.
My wife doesn’t notice (probably thinking that I am a crazy person), but I sure as hell do.

Anyone else think Steve Pemberton is channeling Michael Gove in his performance as Carolyn's creepy boss Paul?

My wife and I are so tired of the one-note conversations between Eve and Niko that we both groaned when he turned up alive in the hospital.

After watching the previous episode and this one back to back, I have Villanelle's Russian accent rummaging around in my brain. That is not healthy.
I don't know how Constantin is going to outrun the Twelve but I don't think Paul's fate is going to be much better now that Carolyn has busted him. Eve's performance at the bowling alley reminds us that she's fit to play this game. Dasha was out-gunned at every level and desperate to get the hell away.

I do not believe for one second that Konstantin told his daughter where they were actually going. Cuba is plausible and explains the Spanish lessons, but does he honestly believe that she wouldn't tell *anybody*? I will be gravely disappointed in him, my Patronus, if so. My money is on somewhere in South America.
