Oof. What a powerful & horrifying film. I'm glad I watched it, but I also feel like I need a shower.

More to substance of the film: I guess maybe Henry was in denial, or had somehow convinced himself that what had happened to him would surely never be repeated? That's the only way I can make sense of him allowing his brothers into his house and around his children.

I thought this was a horror movie and was like...ok? But then I googled it and learned it is a documentary and I don't think that there is any way I can bring myself to watch it.

Periodically I see this movie image somewhere and remember the scene where one of the people re-enacts his sexual abuse, and ... wow. I still feel like I didn't need to see that. This film is a lot, yeah.
