I cannot stress enough how great the new Saved by the Bell is. It's funny, charming, quirky, and has a lot of heart. It is that rare reboot/remake/reimagining that is leaps and bounds better than the original; it improves upon it in almost every way. I would have liked to do a thread for each episode but it premiered months ago and I'm not sure how many people are watching (or have Peacock).

It's also been renewed for a second season!

This is almost enough to make me take Comcast up on their offer of a free Flex streaming box to get the free Peacock it comes with. I really can't stand ads and don't relish the idea of encouraging the proliferation of siloed streaming services, though.

I just started watching the second season!

weirdo: I'm on Comcast, I have a free Peacock account from that, and I didn't have to request the Flex box.
