I know that legal proceedings are in these shows aren’t meant to be realistic and are only there to move the story along but, jeez, Lex’s trial was laughably bad. That was more unbelievable than Barry’s trial a couple of seasons ago.

It was beyond terrible bad. Beyond atrocious bad. Insult to anybody watching it over the age of five bad. In under one day, Lex defended himself against charges of attempted mass genocide (and some other stuff) and hand-waved it all away with "look at those bitter women out to get me." Yes, fine, he's the Trump analogue, fine, I get that, but boy was the sheer deliberate misunderstanding of how the law and courtroom proceedings work was just so maddening.

Last episode they made a big deal about Alex not telling Kelly that Kara was in the blue tights. This episode they just had the couple casually talking about Kara's other identity. What gives? Did something get cut? Fine, it's nice that a couple can discuss big important issues and not make a huge thing about them, but that was a bit too much brushed under the rug.

Judging from Andrea's unannounced visit, uber wealthy Lena Luthor lives in an apartment that has neither a doorbell or a door that locks.
