Pam sitting at that table of men convincing her what she should do is such a gut punch. It's hard seeing that no one is on her side.

Her Barb Wire publicist (?) is just such a voice of reason in the lawyer boyzone.

Hulu also has an episode of Vice’s Dark Side of the 90s about the Viper Room, because of course they do.

Sleater-Kinney and Third Eye Blind music cues are very much on point.

Jay Leno as sexist hack, yep, that tracks.

The scenes with Pam and Tommy together are both really strong and really sad.

The ongoing decision to make Tommy the rock star in Motley Crue doesn’t really match my lived experience, but it sure serves the narrative.

Lily James and Sebastian Stan are really knocking it out of the park here. It doesn’t feel like a prestige show so I doubt there’ll be any awards coming their way, but they’re so compelling, so believable in the roles.
