This is weird, tonally odd, and delightful. Sean Penn's Cheyenne is a singular film character.

I watched this again and it's still good. I could probably hang the #problematicmovies tag on this because of Sean Penn, but I like this one anyway. His performance might grate on some people here, but I laughed and laughed.

If anyone ever gets the idea that my #problematicmovies posts are me telling you what to like or watch, drop on by here and hear me pontificate on what a delightful film this is, despite its star.
