I was watching this and kept wondering what I would find to say about it in Fanfare. The only thing I could think of was that I would have nothing to say. So here we are. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Heh. Good, but a bit too over the top. Hopefully it was just a parody episode.

Why would Krieger build an advanced teddy bear android instead of a body for his virtual girlfriend? Is it pretty much consensus now that this Krieger is one of the clones and not the original Krieger?

“What are you doing?”
“I’m Archerizing this plan.”
“What? No, no, uh-uh. You cannot make yourself a verb. I will not allow it.”
“I’m a verb now, Lana. DEAL WITH IT!”

I'm with bleep. This was a funny episode, and a perfectly good episode, but it's definitely in the lower half of episodes.

Does what it says on the tin.

I disagree on 'lower half" though. Not a lot to say about it but better than a lot of episodes over the years - I think they get a whole letter grade just for how fun the robobear articulation was. Worst thing I can say about it is that the hand thing was telegraphed for WAY too long.

Five years?

(I am genuinely delighted when shows bring back characters who have been away for multiple seasons, but I wanted more for Conway's reappearance. This actually felt more to me like a retread of Un Chien Tangerine.)

I mean the fact that Lana was going to lop off the other one. We got multiple extended shots of him standing with his good hand sticking in through that hinged window. It was a great moment but would have been so much more fun if he hadn't been presenting the opportunity to her for a minute of dialog.
