Underappreciated horror comedy gem.

This was a lot of fun, and really effectively creepy in places, like the point where the monster dangles a dead body outside a house's front door as a lure.

I saw this at the 2014 Boston Sci Fi Film Marathon, and it was one of the most fun films of the entire fest/marathon. My best description of it is that it's like an Irish "Tremors." It was hilarious and delightful with enough creepiness and 'people getting eaten' etc to keep the horror in horror comedy.

Been a few years but I remember enjoying this one more than the recent Irish vampire flick Boys From County Hell, which I liked, but this is better. It's really fun in that Slithers way.
