Continuum: The Dying Minutes

John Doe's revelations force Liber8 to regroup and its members to reconsider their mission. A new character, The Traveller, is introduced. Carlos pulls himself together. The Freelancers face a familiar enemy.
This was a good illustration of the show's strengths and weaknesses. I really love that Liber8 was given a philosophical setback rather than defeated through force. I also like that we're seeing characters from multiple future timelines interacting. (My favorite line all episode was Future Alec asking, "So nobody in this car is actually from now?")
On the other hand, it felt really choppy in places. Like... why did Warren drop his force field when they attacked the Freelancer compound? What did Kellogg have to do with Chen's assault, and how did he obtain intel regarding the Freelancers in the first place? When did Alec start thinking about using Halo for mind control?
Dubious about the whole Traveler plotline too. I'm hoping that's not going to chew up too much time next season.

Yeah, dreadlock guy, whomever he is, seemed like such a strange cop out. We don't need future time jesus, thanks.

Perhaps it only works on bullets? Nah, I got nothing. It was so they could put in a bunch of cool hand to hand fight choreography.

Kiera seems to have gotten over the solid confirmation that her family will never exist pretty easily. Oh, the timeline's changed? OK, I guess. I guess I'll just mack on beard dude here.
