Escape Room: Tournament of Champions (2021)

Six people unwittingly find themselves locked in another series of escape rooms, slowly uncovering what they have in common to survive.

The sequel to the 2019 Escape Room. Zoey discovers a building in NYC linked to the Minos Corporation. She and fellow survivor Ben go to investigate and in the process find themselves yet again confronting deadly puzzles with 4 other people who also survived other escape rooms.

Also directed by Adam Robitel.

More convoluted than the original, but still entertaining if you're into a Cube type movie.

I agree. It's like Saw, but with everyone being relatively nice to each other and/or at least trying to work together instead of fighting. I liked it better than the first one for that reason. I am also a sucker for puzzles, so I can cheerfully ignore some weak writing if there's something fun to figure out. I would watch a third one of these.

Honestly I would too. The puzzles were creative and the production values are great.
