Thank-you for the heads up on this, I hadn't realized Lurie had pivoted to painting due to illness. His 1986 film, Down By Law by Jim Jarmusch with Tom Waits and Roberto Benigni is on my lifetime top ten list. I'll be certain to watch this series next time I have access to HBO.
