The Godolkin University Mental Health Hotline would like to remind students at this difficult time that you are not alone. You might be bulletproof on the outside, but you're not on the inside. Our caring staff is trained to deal with the specific emotional needs of superheroes and they're here to help you. If you need to talk to someone, help is just a phone call or vMessage away. #GodUCares (Content warnings: various)

(Content warnings: more self-harm, people being outed for self-harm, forced treatment, one guy hammering his own ballsack with a baseball bat)

Marie makes her TV debut. Jordan asks for a favor. Andre opens up a statue. Emma gets her personal issues exploited for clickbait. Cate plays Jumanji.

Things to discuss:

-As seen before with Translucent, Stormfront and Neuman, children of Supes aren't usually super in their own right (with Ryan initially being the lone exception). But now... we have another? It looks like Polarity not only ensured that his son became super, but somehow guaranteed that he ended up with the same type of powers. Given what we know about Ryan, I am curious to know how the old man managed to swing this. (Also, the day when the truth about Compound V was leaked must have been a rough moment for that particular father-son relationship.)

-Did anyone else notice those folder timestamps on Brink's laptop? It looked like his Downloads and "The Woods" folders were updated the day after he died.

-Over/under on Dean Shetty being honest about Marie's sister? My guess is that she didn't contact her at all--or if she did, then Annabeth expressed interest in a reunion, and the powers that be decided it wasn't in their own best interests.

-Forgot to mention this in the first episode thread, but: tokenism? Brink claimed Marie's powers wouldn't play well in Middle America, so I can't think why else they would have allowed her into Godolkin to begin with, other than to score Diversity Points ™ © as seen in their introduction video. The TV producer's comment about Marie becoming the "Black Starlight" put me in mind of this (presumably referencing her speech at the Believe Expo back in Season 1).

-Another thing I forgot to mention before: Coagula vs Bloody Marie? (I'm torn)

-Regarding Cate's powers: we've seen what happens when she overexerts herself, but what's the actual limiting factor? Number of uses per unit time? Number of ongoing thralls?

-Multiple people requested a full-season thread instead of individual recaps. For those wondering, the season isn't actually finished yet. Once it is, feel free to post a single omnibus thread instead. (I wouldn't count on me to do it, since I'm pretty far behind and playing catch-up. In case of spoilers in the comments... well, I suppose I brought this upon myself.)

-Does anyone know if Sky High is streaming anywhere? I feel like the time has come for a rewatch, and/or side-by-side comparison.
