"Things that are small and scary get squished" is very profound.
Uh..so Percy was dreaming of Chronos at the end? It was a bit confusing.
"If you ever feel like you don't fit, like the world doesn't make sense, then you might be a part of our world." THAT'S IT, I'M A GREEK DEMIGOD NOW, Y'ALL, THAT EXPLAINS EVERYTHING!!!!

Loved it. Now that I know Toby "Ginger Inferno" Stephens is Dame Maggie Smith's kid, I can unsee the resemblance.
In loving memory indeed, Lance Reddick. You were the GOAT.
This show is everything I didn't know I needed but should have guessed even how obsessive I was about Greek mythology as a child.

A very good episode of a very good show! I wish this had been around when I was a kid.

Right?? I mentioned in past recap threads that I have never read the books but was peripherally aware of them when the movies came out. I have never seen the movies either, tbh. So why did a TV version of this became Must See TV for me? I would guess because of the excellently stacked cast, Rick Riordan's heavy involvement, and again: GREEK MYTHOLOGY.
This show was utterly charming, fun to watch, and I hope it gets renewed.
