Speaking of history, Chris Jericho will face CMLL's Atlantis Jr., closing a circle that began when "Corazon de Leon" Jericho faced his father the original Atlantis 30 years ago. Oh yeah and FTR, Eddie Kingston, BCC, Hangman Page, Orange Cassidy, Nick Wayne, Kris Statlander, Skye Blue, yada yada yada...

The announced card for Dynamite tonight:

--Sting makes his final Dynamite appearance before retirement

Still time left for Ric Flair to do something slimy!

--Hangman Page will announce his status for Revolution

Current rumor is that Page's supposed leg injury from last week is a kayfabe to cover up a real-life reason why he can't be at Revolution, which (a) would be a damn shame, (b) would be great fuel for his continuing heel turn, and (c) NEW CHAMP SWERVE AW YEAH

--AEW International Championship Match: Orange Cassidy (c) vs. "The Prodigy" Nick Wayne

--Blackpool Combat Club (Bryan Danielson, Jon Moxley & Claudio Castagnoli) vs. Eddie Kingston & FTR

These men all have matches against each other at Revolution, but I'm sure they'll come up with a bunch of new ways to kill each other before Sunday, right?

--Will Ospreay officially joins the AEW roster

--Chris Jericho vs. Atlantis Jr. (accompanied by Atlantis)

--Kris Statlander vs. Skye Blue

Unless something changes fast between now and Sunday, it doesn't look like Kris' current feud with Julia Hart & co. will have a TNT Championship match at Revolution, so hopefully there will be some narrative that leads us into a television match in March

Find yourself a friend who looks at you the way Eddie and Moxley look at each other when they bro-hug and then hockey punch the hell out of each other.

Sorry Eddie, but you’re the big face before the PPV, so you gotta take the pin, but only after a great closing sequence where everyone does a single move in triplicate.

Jericho celebrating a blast from the past by bringing back the Lionheart jumbotron and the White Zombie needle drop. I was not expecting him to go rudo and try to remove Atlantis Jr.’s mask, nor did I expect a luchador (who isn’t Penta) to get in a chopping contest.
