I love some folk horror but I'm also always disappointed (to be fair, The Wicker Man -- one of my favorite movies -- is a really high bar). I still might give this a try because I like the vibes.

Just watched this, and it was fun. Not bad, and many fine parts, but there were characters-not-behaving-like-humans issues. Lots of good folk horror and woo and costuming, and I’d watch it again for that.

watched this yesterday. a solid entry in the folk horror category, nice visuals, fun. not brilliant, but it didn't really need to be.
