Alice contacts her former Bletchley colleagues when Millie is kidnapped, as she suspects it is linked to black market deals and does not want to involve the police.

Here we have one final story, in two parts. Susan has left the group, and Alice takes her place. I was happy enough with Alice, I like the character, and I was glad to see Susan set some limits and get herself out of the line of danger.

The plot is, again, nothing special, but it's always a pleasure for me to see these characters interacting and working on a mystery.

I haven't actually watched the last episode yet, but for those who are reading along: This one involves going up against an organized crime ring that's involved in human trafficking. I don't recall any sexual violence in this episode, but there seems to be potential for it in the upcoming episode.

The villains were Maltese. I mean, why not, but at first I thought they said "Maltesers".

Such a shame they couldn't keep this series going.
