Does this line imply that Tom might be gay or am I misinterpreting it?

(The line this scene is from also comes after Selena asks if the husband of one of her friends finally "came out")

I loved this episode. I feel like this is the best season so far and the show is just improving. The writing has always been near perfect and while the acting has also been top-notch, my sense is that these actors are now playing these characters with perfection. Everyone -- literally every single returning character -- is perfect.

(Smacks forehead), I'm rewatching the seasons an I did misinterpret it. Though I"m still not sure what the "men's room" line meant.
