Horror Fiction Club?

Potentially a once a month book club focusing on horror.

I'm not sure if horror is too general as that encompasses a lot of different literature, but I like variety. Since it's the holiday season, we could kick it off with something seasonal and silly like Human Santapede. I'm totally open to thoughts on how we should organize it, assuming anyone but me is interested.

I'm interested, although despite reading the threads I've had scant time to comment in the horror movie club posts, so I don't want to over-commit. I've recently been reading a lot of horror short-story anthologies and kind of feel like I enjoy short stories more than novels in this genre, but I'd be glad to get some recommendations for good novels too.
