Dad, did you know Santa was an aeronautical engineer and an accomplished scientist? ... Mom said he studied every night and didn't waste time on girls or beer. He prefers for people to focus on his charity work, but the money he made from science is what pays for all the toys. It makes sense. He must know physics to build a flying sleigh. And if he owns the patent, he must be M.C. Hammer rich!

You know those street signs that say "men at work"? Women don't need those because it is understood.

Next episode airs on February 2, 2016.

Whose facial hair just happens to grow from two conveniently located lucky moles.

Evan: So you are a scientist!
Lao Ban Santa: Well, of course! I have a J.D., M.D., Dds, Phd, and I am a notary. Remember... always be the best. Study hard and eat more vegetables.
Evan: My fat friend J.J. says candy is America's vegetable.
Lao Ban Santa: Maybe less time with J.J.

I loved that she gave Louis a whole binder full of lore he has to know. Their interaction together continues to be a strong point of this show.

The binders reminded me of Leslie of Parks and Rec, heh
