Farscape: Losing Time Rewatch

This isn't a bad episode, but the decision to have Chiana (possessed) talk the way she does was one more keeper for the basket of "Annoying Voices on Farscape." Perhaps the best part was John's interactions with Moya according to the Star Trek rules. I suppose the twist of the third act essentially boils down to cop finds bad guy who stole a lot of money and then decides to keep the money.

From the Season 3 Companion: The initial inspiration for "Losing Time" came from a bizarre incident at Ben Browder's audition for Rockne S. O'Bannon and David Kemper many years earlier, when the actor had spontaneously started bleeding.
I always assumed it was a nose bleed, but maybe not? Anyway, a couple of things...I was sad when DRD Pike didn't make it out of the starburst chamber! One of the many things Farscape does well, makes you care for the non-humanoid characters. And, I kind of thought Chiana's possessed voice was eerie. What's up with the sex thingy with John, though?
Interesting observation about the third act, so true!
