This was such a satisfying episode! Tai got to be awesome, Cydney got to be awesome and walked around wearing a basket lid as a hat for most of the episode, that was great, and that smarmy Nick tool is gone. Hooray!

Did anybody notice the weird music after the immunity challenge? It sounded like Survivor music-style Silver Bells.

This has got to be one of the most underrated seasons in ages. There was basically no fanfare or hype for this season whatsoever, but it's been great. Not a dud episode yet unless you count last week's medical elimination.

(Totally unrelated side note: I tried Neal's "Three Twins" ice cream last week, very good. So I guess the show has worked as a marketing tool for him if nothing else).

I feel like the season is finaaaaaaaly warming up. I dunno if it was the high water mark of last season, or the genuinely repellent turds that have dominated, but I've been pretty luke warm on the season until about now (though acknowledge that the challenges have been first rate).

I can't wait for Jason and Scott to get the reckoning they deserve. It will be glorious. Debbie is playing a much better game than someone of her insanity should really be playing. Love Cydney, Love Tai (though anyone would be crazy to take him to the final).

Joe has played a lot crappier than I wanted him to.

Scott seems like a nice guy, but Jason is such a terrible influence on him. I hope they vote him off next.
