I can't speak for anyone else, but I looooooved the matter-of-fact, mid-rant walk off the balcony. It reminded me of Rosalind Shays in LA Law going down the elevator shaft.

I deeply do not get what exactly the space bugs are doing or can do. But I trust the writers to get me there.

This thing is supposed to go 13 episodes, right? That puts it ending in late September, well after the usual summer season. That seems odd.
