I get that we have to establish the new setting, but did we need a whole episode to do it?

And oh gods was the waitress meet-cute crappy writing.

Heh, yep. That was pretty painful.

Not one of the stronger epsiodes overall... I agree, they needed to set the scene but taking a whole episode to do it dragged a bit, for me.

We get more hints about... um... boss guy's (Donovan's?) mystery illness that has been hinted at before. (For some reason, I can't keep the male Feds' voices and names straight in my head; maybe because they all have pretty similar modes of speech).
