Superboy and Miss Martian are sent undercover, in disguise as the Terror Twins, to Belle Reve prison, and foil an escape plan.
All of the ice-themed villains from the series pilot show up again, demonstrating that just like The Light, Weisman and Co. are playing the long game with the planning of the series.
Amanda Waller is sufficiently intimidating here, but is a little weak in the strategy department; this is someone in both the comics and the DCAU who is usually several steps ahead of everybody, including Batman. My headcannon version of Amanda Waller would have had a Plan C, D, and E in place to squash a prison break.
