Oliver, Team Arrow, ARGUS, and the SCPD kick off a citywide manhunt for Adrian Chase. Meanwhile, Helix tells Felicity they have a way to find Chase, but they will need something big and illegal from her in return.

I really hope that Chase was hiding under the Arrow base console the whole episode just waiting for someone to use advanced tracker tech to realize that he was there so he could blow the place up in a moment of peak dramatic irony.

Felicity: "Hmm, I can't find him yet."
Chase, ducked under the console: C'mon, Smoak, figure it out! My knees are starting to hurt from all of this crouching...

Team arrow buys their consoles from Starfleet.

Overall it was a good episode. Actual human dynamics with conflict based on motivations and ideology. *Glares at The Flash and the Flashpoint drama lama*
