iZombie: Return of the Dead Guy

Liv and Peyton go on a wild goose chase. The zombie truthers real plan terrifies Ravi. Major finds comfort in an unexpected place.
Interesting that they didn't actually show any of the flashbacks this time, probably because they didn't want to have to pay those actors from the dominatrix case anymore. I did enjoy seeing more of the other side, what Liv looks like when she's in a vision.
That cliffhanger! So I'm assuming DDay is happening the next episode, with live-streaming people watching zombied-powered Liv and Blaine attacking the Truthers. Filmore-Graves did drop the plot hint that they're worried it's coming sooner than they can prepare for it.
I have a sneaky suspicion that Rachel of the Truthers is a cop or some government agent.

If there is an actual ending to this show (i.e., assuming no one forces them to end it prematurely), I will be VERY surprised not to see Major and Liv end up together, both cured. For that reason, I view all competing sexual interests with extreme suspicion.

I think at this point both of their love interests will suffer from Cartwright Curse. Because man, that chick Major is boning in the pillow fort was out of nowhere and Liv hooking up with Justin is only slightly less out of nowhere.
Did enjoy the moments with Drake and everyone else's handling of the situation (particularly Payton's), though.

I love love love how we now get to watch Liv having a vision instead of watching the vision. Cracks me up every time. I appreciated the muted classic horror movie music sting they did when Liv spaced out.
I really appreciate how Harley, reprehensible though he is, is actually written to be good at what he's misguidedly doing. When he fails it won't be because a writer had to force some random stupidity on him to make the plot work.
Poor Major. As much as I'd love a TV show to make a character's new romance seem nefarious but then have it turn out to just be good clean (dirty) fun, I don't think they're going to let him off the hook that easily.
