After the off-the-wall absurdity of last week's episode, I'm happy this episode came back to the format I'm more familiar with. Megan Mullally and Sean Hayes are SO GOOD at physical comedy.

The bit with Grace and Karen in the shower is an homage to Lucy & Viv put in a shower from "The Lucy Show." (Which I learned when my old high school drama teacher posted it on Facebook the day after this episode aired. )

Also on a personal note, as a gay man of about Will's age, it was kinda hilarious to come home and watch this episode after having spent the evening hanging out with a small group of 20something age gay guys, and having experienced some of this generation gap first hand!
