I liked this a lot, but I don't know how much of my enjoyment stemmed from the show itself and how much stemmed from just seeing Ginsberg from Mad Men seem happy. It's like seeing a tortured soul loosed from the wheel of pain and ushered into a better world where he can text nice girls, because there is an internet, and where somehow the ghost from Being Human is alive again, too. I didn't recognize Ginsberg at first. I mean, I knew I saw him in something I cares about, but the different era really threw me for a loop.
And then it clicked and I couldn't help thinking about the valve and the gift and what it meant for this couple.
