Game of Thrones rewatch

Any interest in doing a season-by-season rewatch of Game of Thrones ahead of the final season premier next month?
I haven't seen nearly as many quick-hack / rewatch guides as I would have expected, but the New York Times has been doing a weekly series focusing on 3-4 episodes in a season that could help center the discussion.
While there are a few first-watch threads for individual episodes in the early seasons, a lot of the early stuff pre-dated fanfare. I also doubt that I'm the only one on fanfare who's doing a rewatch this month, but is there interest in actually having a sustained discussion around the early stuff?

I'm two or three episodes in three times over, so I would be into this. If a watch guide that skips episodes shows up, I'm fine with that, too.

Would it make sense to just do a full season post for each season rather than posting individual episodes? There are only 10 episodes per season. Or we could make a single episode post for particularly notable episodes, and full season for the rest?
Or we could you use the posts that have already been made, but for the first season at least, those are first watch posts, and I assume we want to make this re-watch so we can discuss the full series.
Also books included or show only? I doubt there's enough interest to support both types of threads. I've read all the books, but am fine with show only.

Or we could do episode blocks: Like one post for S1 E1-E5 and S1 E6-E10?

Oh yeah—I was thinking doing season by season, using the NYT guides as a framework. They recommend three or four episodes in a season, but all episodes would be fair game.
At least for me, I’m really just trying to remember everything that’s happened so far.
If we’re good I’ll try to get season 1 posted tomorrow, and then go Mondays and Thursdays from there?

Show-only is probably safer, to maximize the number of mefites who can participate.
