I thought the winner was predictable but I was happy enough with it. Davina did fantastically in the final routine and The Vivienne put a lot of effort into it and did well enough. The Vivienne's final look was pretty amazing.

At this point my dearest wish in life is for Baga to be on the next season of All Stars because I think she would have an absolute riot with the American girls. It must happen. Must.

Predictable enough since Snatch Game (Viv’s final runway look made me say “oh yeah def her”) but good for a first season. Happy that Divina made final 2, but in my totally uninformed opinion her gown didn’t seem as great as the reviews she got.

The final challenge felt pretty lackluster. Viv felt much more “in it” than the others but her choreo was so much simpler than Divina’s, who had shades of Katya’s AS2 final. It’s like the choreographed just up to the edge of everyone’s ability so they all looked kinda uncomfortable; I get creating a level playing field but it doesn’t make for great viewing.

Yeah I was Team Divina so here’s the obligatory “she was robbed”.

Thought the final three were all very strong. So pleased British Drag Race set a high standard. (For me this was the funniest Snatch Game in a season) Not necessarily always the same standards as US, which I was pleased with. It was a much needed acknowledgement that drag is different here.

I have a feeling the judges would be merciless about Baga’s runway if she were American. Transatlantic All Stars could be very interesting.
