Dramabeans episode 1 recap: "After months and months of waiting on my part, It’s Okay to Not Be Okay finally premiered and, frankly, knocked my socks off. It’s a very pretty drama, but the true beauty lies in the dark whimsy sprinkled all throughout, showing the world of mental illness in all its glory. If the drama keeps it up, we could be in for something real special."
Dramabeans episode 2 recap: "Our audacious writer and humble caretaker have been fascinated with each other from the get-go, and it only gets more intense from here. Our caretaker can’t deny that he feels a pull towards this particular woman, but he’s got other things — other people — to worry about. Little does he know, she’s already hooked him in and has no intentions of ever letting him go."

I really enjoyed these first two episodes so thank you for the heads up.
The one scene that really kicked me in the gut was the little girl crying that she wanted to live with her father even after all that he said and did. I've been in that place.

I'm looking forward to seeing how the love story will go with a heroine with antisocial personality disorder. There was a thriller/romance novel called "Jane Doe" by Victoria Helen Stone where the heroine was a sociopath that was terrific (and now I see there was a sequel, I'll have to get on that) that I was reminded of when watching this show. While the Cosmo interview says the show is about an “unusual romance between two people who end up healing each other’s emotional and psychological wounds.” I don't think the show is going to do something stupid like having love cure Mun-Yeong out of her ASD entirely. But clearly there's going to be something transformative happening for both the hero and heroine from their interaction, so it will be interesting to see what happens. Not to mention finding out the answer to the mystery of what happened to the brothers' mom and who/what the butterfly is.
