I love these characters and I love the actors but ... what was that? The show looks more polished and professional than ever, but the plot is a hot mess. It's like they are making it up on the fly. I wouldn't be surprised if next week aliens from Alpha Centauri visit, because, Why Not? Arrgghhhh

I love this show so much. I think a lot of the plots last season were also a hot mess (Doc becomes a vampire, Wynonna has sex with her sister's dad) but I just let it all wash over me. I was so sad when this episode ended because I needed six more and there's so little happy newness in my covid life.

That set for the crazy basement with the blood monster in the garden was impressive! I was trying to figure out if it was green-screen but the supplemental short on iTunes showed it was practical.

The scene with Wynonna pondering the Valdez graffiti and flash-back to Jeremy doing it was all filmed at once too, which is cool.
