I will say I felt this one of the weaker stories. As constructed it feels weird to have Poirot himself searching, and at least on the show I didn't exactly feel that there was enough evidence to bring the viewer along. It felt very presented after the fact.

This was about 15 minutes worth of plot stretched out to fill an episode. Was it one of the short stories?

Yes to my knowledge this wasn't a full length original, but a short story.

I absolutely love the broken accent at the end when she says, "NABBED!"
