Alienated teen Pauline (AnnaLynne McCord) struggles with the pressures of fitting into high school, pleasing her mother and a burning desire to lose her virginity. With a grotesque curiosity for the darker side of life, Pauline is considered a social outcast by everyone around her. Enticed by flesh, she retreats into her own fantasies and hopes to become a great surgeon - that is, if she doesn't go insane first.

Jokes aside, this is actually a very good body horror flick.

This sort of thing is not really my groove, and yet I'm intrigued because a) that Putin thing has made her That Person On Twitter Today, and b) the really impressive line-up of guest stars in the trailer. (On the other hand, the IMDb entry also has a still of her holding a bloody tampon in front of her mouth...)
