A brilliant computer scientist has just finished work on his greatest creation: a super computer with the ability to transform personalities. Tubi randomly suggested this to me, and it did not disappoint! This movie has violence, gore, nudity, the most ludicrous ideas about computer science, soft core, an alcoholic chauffeur, and a telepathic hand puppet named George!

In addition to tubi, Vinegar Syndrome currently has this available on blu ray. I'm eyeing it realllllllly hard right now.

The straight-to-VHS market churned out dozens of movies like this in the 1980s, my own favourite of which was Hollywood Chainsaw Hookers. I wrote a piece about the deliberate humour embedded in the genre for Time Out here (PDF).
