Very interested in seeing Chloe Sevigny's career path to where she started making videos about liking toast.

Oh man, I remember that in my town's video store (yes, yes, I'm old) there were two movies that had a sticker on them that said "very, very R, must be 18 to rent." Those movies were Kids and Clerks.

The tangental to the post, but I remember when Greg the Bunny did a "spoof" of Kids and even that was pretty damn brutal.

I turned the film off a few minutes in, because it turned me off that quickly, but, oddly enough, I liked reading about it elsewhere (threads on the blue here and here, this article linked from the second one); maybe it's because it lets me get the gist of the film without experiencing the ugliness directly. I guess what I'm saying is that I may watch this without ever having actually seen Kids itself. Where's it showing/streaming?

I'm trying desperately to find the Greg the Bunny episode or short that spoofed it. Wikipedia has a pretty comprehensive summary of all the spoofs and Kids doesn't come up! Do you recall anything more? Was it just a small section of a larger plot because they did a lot of episodes that were pure spoofs.

As I recall, it wasn't the greg the bunny show, but greg the bunny hosting the movie so basically hosting segments before and after the movie. It was just a 3 minute spoof of the movie with various stuffed animals playing the parts. I remember the "Walking in on the virginity losing" scene specifically. I think that's about as clear as my memory gets on that. I could be wrong that it was greg the bunny, but that's how I remember it.

Ugh, I saw Kids in the theater and it actively repulsed me. I never watched it again and honestly wish I'd never seen it.
