I really liked this one. The time travel aspect is taken very seriously, and all works out, which greatly pleases the nerdy pedant in my head. And it's also a nice character drama about learning to accept (or not accept) things you can't change.

I just watched this based on the recommendation. I appreciated the strict time stream writing, but I am troubled by the lack of resolution of the nearly explicit plot point that Lana is being controlled against her will. By the end I got over feeling like the character was just a blank slate, stand in for the sexual and dominance desires of the protagonist/scriptwriter. She seemed to have a little self determination and a hint of internalization by the end, but it was unfortunately counteracted by the "romantic" coda. If this had been told from Lana's perspective, I could see it very easily as a psychological horror. Sadly, that seems to be the case for many "romantic comedies" written by men.
