This book ticks basically all of my boxes. There is some drama but basically everyone is always supportive of everyone else, and there are no real bad guys aside from circumstances. I honestly couldn't put it down, and even though there are no surprises, it is gripping. If you like generally low stakes, cozy fiction, look no further.
